It is very important to us to respond to the individual needs of our employees and to offer tailor-made solutions. Whether it's studying part-time or writing a doctoral thesis alongside their job, whether it‘s educational or parental leave - we try to make it all possible!

Our Job Enlargement Program aims to promote in particular the further development of our candidate attorneys and to support them in this process.

We are proud that we already have three partners at KWR who are all mothers and can still successfully pursue their careers. And we hope that this is just the beginning.

In addition, we also set an example beyond the firm with our CSR program. We give targeted support to projects which aim to create equal opportunities for disadvantaged children. In 2020, we donated laptops to the Laptop Challenge and in 2021 we will sponsor computer courses at several Viennese schools as part of the Digital Support Initiative.
Children are our future and this is why we also want to give them a future.
