Author of numerous law books (e.g. Antitrust, Stock Option Right, Equity Compensation law, Law of Assignment), author of contributions to leading Austrian commentaries (e.g. the HGB/UGB – Commercial Code, AktG, GenG, GmbHG, WAG), articles and analysis on court decisions, co-editor of the GmbH-Bulletin, laureate of the Walther Kastner Award (1999), member of the Commission of Competition of the ICC (since 2004), Certified Supervisory Expert (CSE, 2011), Member of the Scientific Commitee of the law journal "Zeitschrift für Finanzmarktrecht" (ZFR, 2011-2017), Member of the Scientific Committee of the German law journal “Compliance-Berater” (CB, 2013).
