Raphael Valenta rejoined KWR's corporate team as a lawyer in 2023. He was already part of KWR from 2017 and until 2019 as a trainee lawyer and from 2019 until 2022 as a lawyer. Prior to his return, Raphael Valenta gained one year of further experience at a major internationally renowned law firm.He has extensive experience in transactional business. Originally from the real estate transaction business at VHM (2013 - 2015), Raphael Valenta gained his current specialisation in corporate acquisitions of all kinds at DORDA in the Corporate / M&A & Capital Markets department (2016 - 2017). In between, he completed an LL.M. degree programme at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a Business Certificate at Kellogg School of Business in Chicago and was also admitted to the New York Bar.
