In this webinar, he will present and explain the most important decisions of the Supreme Court from 2024. In particular, he will address topics of practical relevance.

• Amount of compensation in the event of damage rectification by own employees
• Jurisdiction of the place of performance for planning services in Italy and execution in Austria
