In the KWR Summer Associate Program, you will be teamed up with our attorneys to work on exciting cases from the real world. Each week you will immerse yourself in a new area of law and get to know it, according to the motto "That's real life".
Be a candidate attorney for a month, writing memos, briefs, motions for preliminary injunctions, and contracts. Experience a lawsuit for damages and conduct your own due diligence. This and much more is what awaits you at the KWR Summer Associate Program.

KWR+ Women initiative
As our young female lawyers are particularly close to our hearts, we have launched the “KWR+ Women” initiative.
The aim of the "KWR+ Women" initiative is to create a platform by and for female KWR lawyers under the motto "A community that supports your career". We would like to foster our female lawyers across all career stages and provide an opportunity for a personal exchange of experience outside of legal work.
At the quarterly KWR+ Women Lunch, KWR female lawyers will exchange ideas in an informal atmosphere and meet inspiring female 'role models' from various fields. We are convinced that the exchange with each other and with female lawyers who have already gained professional experience will open up new perspectives, thus making an important contribution to self-actualisation in future professional life.
Our declared goal is to inspire young female lawyers to become attorneys; we want to show them the many opportunities which a career as an attorney can offer. Our partners work in various fields of law and are recognised experts intheir fields. What are the criteria for selecting a particular specialisation, what can I expect as an attorney and how do I build my own client base? In a personal exchange of experiences our partners will be happy to answer these and many other questions which young female lawyers and aspiring female attorneys may be asking themselves.

KWR has been a cooperation partner of Paragraphinnensince 2022. The association offers a strong network of committed and competent female lawyers and decision-makers from the legal sector. We are very pleased to join forces with Paragraphinnen as we support young female lawyers on their career path.
