Mag. Elisabeth Plese (31) has taken a further step in her career through her promotion to attorney-at-law on KWR's Employment Law team. Elisabeth Plese has already been a member of the Employment Law team of KWR partner Dr. Anna Mertinz since 2021.
Elisabeth Plese’s specialisations encompass the drafting of contracts for the cross-border deployment of employees, litigation, transparent remuneration, anti-discrimination and internal investigations. Elisabeth Plese has gathered long-standing practical experience in these fields of legal expertise. Her work includes a particular focus on the implementation of equal treatment and transparency requirements in operational contexts, particularly when it comes to developing policies and training concepts as well as to giving lectures and training sessions.
Elisabeth Plese’s promotion to attorney-at-law will strengthen the law firm’s position as a competent partner in matters of employment law – from contract drafting to internal compliance and representation in court.

About the attorney-at-law:
Elisabeth Plese has worked for KWR as an attorney-at-law in Employment Law since 2025 after having supported the team as a candidate attorney since 2021. In 2015 she was a volunteer intern at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Vienna. From 2017 to 2020 she was a student legal assistant at a renowned law firm. Subsequently, she was assigned to the Higher Regional Court of Vienna for her court internship, later gathering her first experiences as a candidate attorney at a well-reputed law firm in 2021. In May 2024 she was admitted to the bar.
