The general motto of the LIDC and this international conference is: ‘Where Competition, IP and Unfair Competition meet!’
Digital and green change as well as other current topics such as sports, dark patterns, FSR and FDI, branded products, artificial intelligence and unitary patent will be in the legal focus of antitrust law, intellectual property and unfair business practices.

The congress will take place near the centre of Vienna in the historic Haus der Industrie, whose special Art Nouveau halls and spacious entrance area are exclusively available to the LIDC. After the keynote speeches - on current developments in competition law from a European and US perspective - the panel discussions, some of which will take place in parallel, will offer a varied programme with over 50 speakers, including representatives from the European Commission, the USA, Brazil and Asia.
