Alexandra Winterauer-Wörgetter joined KWR in 2018 as Human Resources Manager and is responsible for all HR agendas - from recruiting to HR development.
Alexandra Winterauer-Wörgetter has a degree in psychology and started her career in HR consulting, where she learned about recruiting from scratch. After a few years in an international executive search company, she changed industries and joined a renowned Austrian commercial law firm with offices in Vienna and Graz as Human Resources Manager, where she built up Human Resources Management and worked for almost 10 years until joining KWR.
