Nicolas O. Zenz is a partner at KWR and co-head of the Energy Team. He advises national and international companies in the energy sector, as well as energy-intensive industries, on all matters of private law, ranging from sector-specific contract drafting to dispute resolution. In addition to energy law, his practice focuses on arbitration, as well as B2C and consumer law. He regularly represents his clients in complex national and international disputes before courts (class actions/collective redress), in arbitration proceedings (ICC, VIAC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, etc.), and in mediations, and also serves as an arbitrator.
Nicolas O. Zenz has been with KWR since 2019. Previously, he worked at an arbitration boutique in the area of commercial and investment arbitration and gained professional experience at renowned companies, institutions, and commercial law firms in Vienna and London. He studied law and business administration in Vienna, Hong Kong, and Milan.
