Thomas Haselberger is an attorney, tax advisor and court expert and has been responsible for restructuring and insolvency law at KWR since 2021. Since 2021, he has also been insolvency administrator and restructuring administrator. After his tax advisor traineeship (2007-2009) and trainee at KWR (2010-2012), he joined CONSPECTRA in the field of economic restructuring consulting (2013-2017). In 2018, he returned to the legal profession and worked at ABEL Attorneys at Law in legal restructuring consulting/insolvency administration as associate until 2021.
Thomas Haselberger has been working in the restructuring sector for over ten years and advises companies on both legal and economic aspects in the course of restructuring processes and insolvency proceedings.
