Since April 2026, attorney at law Mag. Martina Grama (45) has been strengthening the Intellectual Property and New Technologies & Digitalisation practice groups at KWR Karasek Wietrzyk Rechtsanwälte GmbH. With her many years of experience in advising national and international companies, she is further expanding the firm’s expertise in the field of intellectual property and technology-related legal matters.

Martina Grama’s practice focuses on intellectual property law, particularly strategic IP management, the enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights, and the drafting and negotiation of complex licensing and R&D agreements. In addition, she has extensive experience in IT and technology law, as well as in advising on IP- and IT-related transactions. She also advises in the fields of life sciences and on issues relating to unfair competition and consumer protection law.

Before joining KWR, Martina Grama worked for many years at renowned international commercial law firms in Vienna. She possesses particular expertise in providing legal support for innovation-driven business models and complex technology-related projects. She has received multiple accolades for her work in the field of IP from international rankings such as Chambers, IP Stars and WTR 1000.
