Mag. Maximilian Donath (31) has taken a further step in his career through his promotion to attorney-at-law on KWR's Employment Law and Data Protection Law. Starting out as a legal assistant, Maximilian Donath has already been a member of KWR’s Employment Law and Data Protection Law team since 2018.
Maximilian Donath’s specialisation is at the interface between employment law and data protection, an area of great practical importance. Maximilian Donath has gathered long-standing practical expertise in both legal fields. As a person with sound legal know-how and a strategic thinker, he is a valuable contact for clients.
Maximilian Donath’s promotion to attorney-at-law will strengthen the law firm’s position as an expert partner in matters of data protection law and employment law – from contract drafting to internal compliance and representation in court.
"I am very pleased that Maximilian Donath is now an attorney-at-law on our team. With his solution-oriented approach and broad expertise in both employment law and data protection law, he is a great asset to our team, and he will make decisive contributions to the success of our practice groups," says KWR partner Anna Mertinz.
"Maximilian Donath’s upward move on the career ladder is also another step forward in the success story of KWR. It is the firm's clear goal to offer our lawyers the best opportunities to continue working with us as attorneys-at-law and to be able to advance to partner level. We are therefore very pleased that Maximilian Donath remains loyal to KWR and that we are able to accompany him further on his career path," says KWR partner and firm spokesman Clemens Berlakovits.
