Maximilian Donath joined KWR's employment and data protection team as an associate in 2020. Prior to that, he was already employed as a legal associate at KWR from 2018 to 2020. Maximilian Donath gained his first experience in the area of data protection law and the operational implementation of the GDPR as an intern at Porsche Konstruktionen GmbH & Co. KG (2018). During his judicial internship at the Vienna Higher Regional Court, Maximilian Donath was assigned to the district court of Favoriten and the public prosecutor's office in Eisenstadt (2019-2020).
