Maximilian Donath has been working as an attorney at law in KWR’s employment law and data protection team since 2025. Prior to this, he was employed at KWR as a legal assistant from 2018 to 2020, and subsequently completed his legal training at the firm from 2020 to 2025. Maximilian Donath gained his first practical experience in data protection law and the implementation of the GDPR within organisations during an internship at Porsche Konstruktionen GmbH & Co. KG. During his court placement within the jurisdiction of the Vienna Higher Regional Court, he was assigned to the Favoriten District Court and the Eisenstadt Public Prosecutor’s Office, amongst others. His specialist focus lies in collective labour law and employee data protection. He also lectures in these areas, including for the ARS Academy for Law and Taxation and Linde Verlag.
