KWR partner Barbara Kuchar will once again be a trainer at the IP Academy in 2025 and will hold a webinar on 21 January 2025 on the topic of ‘My brand, your brand? Everything that is right’.

If a trade mark is infringed, this triggers a series of reactions - this webinar will not only show the enforcement of rights from the perspective of the trade mark owner who has to complain about an infringement of their trade mark, but will also focus on the role of the infringer.
